Tutorial 02Put the platform under your brand3:47 · Narrated in Portuguese, with English captions.Transcript and details

Under «Distributor» › «Branding» you set the «Default branding of your organizations»: «Organizations without their own branding show your colours, logos, icon, sign-in texts and email settings.»

Which fields are there?

GroupFieldsRules
«Colours»For «Light» and «Dark»: «Primary», «Text on the primary», «Accent», «Text on the accent», «Surface», «Raised surface», «Text», «Secondary text», «Border», «Success», «Warning», «Danger»#rrggbb; WCAG AA contrast required (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for primary, accent and border)
«Logos and icon»«Logo for light mode», «Logo for dark mode», «Icon (favicon)»Still PNG or WebP logos up to 128 KiB; square PNG icon of 32 to 512 pixels, up to 64 KiB
«Sign-in texts, email and mark»Per language («Portuguese», «English»): title (80), subtitle (160), help text (400)Plain text
«Email»«Sender name (blank: the organization's name)», «Show the logo in emails», sender addressName up to 64 characters, no quotes or angle brackets; a plain lowercase address. See Per-brand email sender
«Product names»Product name, approval app nameUp to 64 characters of plain text each; blank, inherited
«Sign-in hero»Per language: headline (80), supporting line (160); «Typeface of the hero and headings»; «Logo in the hero»Plain text; one of five bundled typefaces; each field inherited separately
«AuthGuard mark»«Show the AuthGuard mark», «Hide the AuthGuard mark (white label)» or «As inherited»

Each group saves separately: «Save colours», «Upload», «Save texts and options», «Save hero».

Contrast

The console checks contrast as you edit and blocks saving when pairs fall below the AA contrast. The server also refuses with branding_contrast_insufficient, listing the pairs. There is no override: change the colours.

What does white label do?

With «Hide the AuthGuard mark (white label)», the sign-in page, the console, emails, the Windows panel and the phone's approval screen stop showing AuthGuard and use your «Product names». Without your own hero texts, the sign-in hero shows a neutral headline ("Secure sign-in.") instead of the original slogan, from the first paint. The Android app's icon and installed name stay AuthGuard. See What customers see.

Propagation

Changes reach every server in about a second; people see them at their next sign-in.
