In this tutorial, we put the service under your brand: colours, logos, texts, sign-in page, domain and email sender. You define everything once, as the distributor, and your customers inherit it. Start in your console, under Distributor, Branding. This is the default branding of your organisations. Each group is saved separately, so you can work step by step.

First, the colours. Choose the mode, light or dark, and adjust the primary colour, the accent, the surface and the text. The console checks contrast as you edit and won't save a combination that is hard to read. When everything is right, choose Save colours. Next, the logos. Upload one logo for light mode, another for dark mode, and the icon shown in the browser tab.

Logos are PNG or WebP files; the icon is a square PNG. Under Sign-in, email and brand texts, write the sign-in page title and subtitle, in Portuguese and in English, and the help text for anyone who needs support. Under Product names, enter the name your customers will know the service by, and the name of the phone approval app. With white label on, the sign-in page, the console, the emails, the Windows panel and the phone approval screen show only your names.

Now the sign-in panel: the large area next to the form. Write a headline and a supporting line, choose one of the five included typefaces, and decide whether the logo appears large. The preview shows the result as you type. When you're done, choose Save panel. Your customers inherit this branding automatically, group by group. A customer who sets nothing sees all of your brand.

A customer who uploads only their logo keeps your colours and your texts. In each organisation's console, every group shows where it comes from. If a customer needs their own look, open that organisation's branding and change only what is different. Changes reach every server in about a second, and people see them at their next sign-in. Next, the domain.

Under Distributor, Domains, choose the organisation and add the address, for example entrar.cliente.pt. The console shows the TXT record to create in DNS. The customer creates that record and points the name at the service. Then choose Verify: the service confirms the record and issues the certificate. When the domain becomes primary, emails and activation links use that address.

Passkeys stay bound to the address where they were created, so announce the change and keep the old address during the transition. Phone approval stays on the default address. Finally, the email sender. Under Email messages, enter your brand's sender address, the sender name, and whether the logo appears in emails. The address is only used on a domain authorised by the operator, or on a domain the organisation has verified; otherwise the default address is used.

Agree the sending DNS records with the platform before you fill it in. To check, open a customer's sign-in page, the console and a test email. Your brand appears in all of them. And that's it: your brand, defined once, everywhere. In the next tutorial, we'll activate an organisation and create the first passkey.
