The distributor's organization quota

The platform sets how many organizations a distributor may have. The quota counts every organization you manage, active or not, until it is deleted.

Where do I see the quota?

«Distributor» › «Distributor account». The console shows, for example, «7 of 10 organizations in use.» and reminds you: «The platform sets your quota. Your operators and their passkeys are managed in Manage; their sign-ins are in Operate.»

The quota is full

«Your quota is full: a new organization is refused until the platform raises it or an organization is deleted.»

You can:

1. Ask the platform to raise the quota (10 organizations per distributor by default).
2. Cancel organizations that were never activated («Cancel creation»): they free the slot at once.
3. Request deletion of organizations you no longer use: they stop counting only after the final deletion, at the end of the grace period.

What about domains and privileged access?

The number of custom domains per organization (5 by default) and the privileged access limits (gateways and recording space) are set by the platform per organization. Ask the platform to change them.
