The distributor audit

Every operation of the distributor's operators on its organizations is recorded with a receipt on the platform chain and on the distributor's own chain.

Where do I see it?

«Distributor» › «Audit»: «Every operation of your operators on your organizations, as recorded on the platform chain, oldest first.»

Each record names the organization, not its identifier: «Your distributor account» for operations on your own account, and «Organization no longer managed by you» for one that was transferred or deleted.

The «Operator sign-ins and changes» section shows who did each operation, when and with which outcome («Success» or «Failure»). As the portal says: «Your operators' sign-ins, and the changes the platform makes to your account (such as your quota), are in your account's own audit: Operator sign-ins and changes.»

Which operations appear?

• Creating organizations and issuing activation codes.
• Suspending, resuming, requesting deletion, restoring and cancelling.
• Allocating, amending and revoking licences.
• Domains and branding.
• Operators' sign-ins and changes.

And the customer organizations' audit?

The audit inside each organization (people's sign-ins, settings changes) belongs to the customer and is read by the customer's administrators under «Operate» › «Audit». The distributor does not read that audit from the portal.

Exporting

For a copy of the distributor chain (for example for an external audit), ask the platform. Exporting an organization's audit at the end of a contract is also done by the platform.

Integrity

Each record links to the previous one. A break in the chain signals a problem: contact the platform.
