When you sign in, the request arrives on your phone. Check that the organisation and the action are the ones you just did. Type on the phone the six-digit code the screen shows, tap Approve, and confirm with your fingerprint or PIN. If you don't recognise the request, don't approve it: tap Not me. The code isn't a secret; it only links the phone to the right screen.
